Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Interview Insider website, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Interview Insider provides online interview preparation courses, practice problems, mentor sessions, and related learning resources targeted at software engineering roles.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal — you may not share, sublicense, or resell access.

3. Payments & Access

• Course prices are listed on the relevant course page, in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Upon successful payment, you receive access to the purchased course for the duration specified at the time of purchase (default: lifetime access unless otherwise stated).
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — videos, problems, solutions, written material, designs, logos — is the property of Interview Insider or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial learning use.

You may not:

• Record, copy, redistribute, or publish any part of the course content
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or download content in bulk
• Use the content to train AI/ML models without our written consent
• Share your account credentials or grant access to others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content via any community feature
• Use the Service to engage in fraud, including filing fraudulent chargebacks

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide preparation material and mentorship, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job offers, interview calls, or salary levels. Your success depends on your effort and the independent decisions of prospective employers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Insider and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will do so.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your registered business jurisdiction (to be specified by Interview Insider).

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
